The 2022 year-end report, which will be published on 8 February 2023, will be the first financial report after the completed merger.
The merger will above all have an effect on the ICA Gruppen group’s liabilities, equity and net financial items.
If the merger had been completed as of 30 September 2022, it would indicatively have had an effect as outlined below. The ICA Gruppen group’s reported figures for the third quarter 2022 are shown in parentheses.
- The group's net debt (excl. ICA Bank and IFRS 16) would have amounted to approximately SEK 30.3 billion (0.6)
- The debt multiple Net debt/EBITDA (excl. ICA Bank and IFRS 16) would have been 3.4 (0.1)
- Equity would have been approximately SEK 14.4 billion (43.4)
- Net financial items would have been approximately SEK -400 million (-120) for the third quarter 2022 and SEK -940 million (-359) for the period January-September 2022.
The parent company ICA Gruppen AB’s equity would have been approximately SEK 13.8 billion (42.8).
