ICA Gruppen AB (publ) (the ”Company” or the “Issuer”) announces the result of a voluntary repurchase offer announced 13 January 2022 (the “Repurchase Offer”) to the holders of certain notes issued under the Company’s SEK 15,000,000,000 MTN programme (the “Notes”).

The notice of the Repurchase Offer

The Repurchase Offer expired 17:00 CET on 14 February 2022 and has therefore been declared complete. Holders of the notes have, in connection with the Repurchase Offer, accepted repurchases of Notes in an aggregate amount of SEK 560 million, divided between the Notes as per the below table:

The price for the Notes in the Repurchase Offer is 100,00 per cent. of the nominal amount. The Company will pay accrued and unpaid interest for the Notes on the settlement date for the Repurchase Offer in accordance with the terms and conditions for the Notes. The settlement date will occur on 14 March 2022. ICA Gruppen intends to cancel the repurchased Notes.
