In view of Hakon Invest's acquisition of the remaining shares in ICA has been
completed, ICA's CEO Per Strömberg has been appointed as the new CEO of Hakon
Invest. He will take over as CEO on May 20, 2013, in conjunction with Hakon
Invest's Annual General Meeting. It is intended to change the name of Hakon
Invest to ICA Gruppen later in the spring in order to reflect the Group's new
direction.
Per Strömberg (born 1963) has been CEO of the ICA Group since April 2012. Prior
to that he was CEO of Lantmännen, where he successfully led the group's strategy
and earnings improvement program. Per Strömberg also has many years of
experience from senior positions within Kraft Foods, including as CEO for the
Swedish operations, as well as international experience from Denmark and the UK.
Per Strömberg was CEO of the listed company Sardus before the company was sold
to Atria.
Other members of Group Management in Hakon Invest (which intends to change its
name to ICA Gruppen) will be ICA's present Group Management as well as Stein-
Petter Ski, SVP Investments and Portfolio Companies in Hakon Invest. Information

As previously announced, Hakon Invest's present CEO Claes-Göran Sylvén will
remain as CEO of the Association of ICA Retailers, a post he has held since
2003. Hakon Invest's CFO Göran Blomberg and General Counsel Fredrik Hägglund
will be employed by the Association of ICA Retailers as of May 20, 2013, as
previously announced.
