Joachim Berner has been elected new Chairman in Forma Publishing Group, which is
wholly owned by Hakon Invest AB.

Joachim Berner is active on the Board and in the Management of the family firm
Christian Berner Invest.

"We are delighted that Joachim Berner has joined our group," says resigning
chairman Claes-Göran Sylvén, who is also CEO of the Hakon Invest Group.

Joachim Berner will assume the mission in February 2010.

Joachim Berner is 48 years old and has previously worked as Editor at Privata
Affärer, Göteborgs-Posten and Dagens Nyheter. He has also been Chief Editor at
Dagens Nyheter and Expressen as well as CEO of Dagens Nyheter and the
advertising agency Lowe Brindfors.
