The finance policy pertains to all companies in the Group. The policy stipulates which financial risks the Group is prepared to take and describes the goals and guidelines of risk management. It also describes the delegation of responsibility, reporting and internal control routines for the financial risk management.
The policy is revised yearly, or more frequently if there is a need, by ICA Gruppen’s audit committee and is approved by ICA Gruppen’s board of directors.
