Groceries are our core business and are supported by our other operations: pharmacies, specialty goods, banking and insurance, and real estate. Through collaboration between the companies, we create synergies and economies of scale, as well as added value for the customer. For example through a shared loyalty programme, co location of stores, and coordinated purchasing and administration.

Our vision is to make everyday life a little easier. To achieve this, the strategic framework is based on each company’s own strategy, giving every business the opportunity to develop and operate according to its conditions and direction.

At the same time, we harness the strength of our shared ecosystem through group wide initiatives in priority areas. By increasing collaboration and offering an integrated proposition, we create greater value for our customers, for society, and for ICA as a whole.
