We are one of the Nordic region’s largest real estate companies in the retail sector. Our overarching mission is to meet the Group’s long-term need for the right properties at the right locations in Sweden. Our business concept is to build, manage and lease out both store and logistics properties for the Group’s operations in Sweden at suitable and strategic commercial locations.
The property portfolio includes stores, warehouses, buildings and land for future, potential sites. Our ambition is grow further, and we are doing this both together with strategic business partners and through own acquisitions.
ICA Real Estate has two jointly owned companies. ICA Fastigheter Holding AB also owns Trecore Fastigheter in equal parts with Bonnier Fastigheter. ICA Fastigheter AB owns Postgården 1 in equal parts with the property development company Nordr.
