At the same time, Göran Blomberg, Anette Wiotti, Katarina Romberg, Fredrik Persson, Jan Amethier, Charlotte Svensson, Per Strömberg were Bengt Kjell re-elected as members of the Board.

A new member of the Board is Mikael Norling, ICA retailer and proposed Chairman of the Board of ICA-handlarnas Förbund.

Claes-Göran Sylvén and Tomas Emanuelz declined re-election.

ICA Gruppen’s Annual General Meeting approved the financial statements for 2023 and the proposed dividend to ICA Gruppen’s two owners, ICA-handlarnas Förbund and AMF, totalling SEK 540 million.
