At the end of 2015, ICA joined the government initiative ‘100 club’/Sweden Together, to offer jobs to at least 100 new arrivals over three years. Our involvement in ‘100 club’ broadens our social commitment and places greater focus on offering new arrivals in Sweden opportunities for work or an internship with ICA. The initiative is fully in line with ICA’s own ICA 2020 programme. Among other things, the Apotek Hjärtat pharmacy has a far-reaching work experience co-operation with Arbetsförmedlingen, the aim being to support newly arrived pharmacists in achieving professional qualification in Sweden.
The 100 club initiative is now closed, after three years.

In 2016, we report ICA 100 figures twice, in June and at year-end, based on information from Arbetsförmedlingen.
