ICA Gruppen’s development model presents four different examples of what a journey within ICA can look like. There are many possibilities. At ICA you can go beyond boundaries you didn’t know existed and go into areas you didn’t know you could.
At ICA there are opportunities to develop in your current position; for example, through courses, project work and other skill-enhancing activities. ICA School, the Group’s own professional development partner, offers a number of exciting courses, such as executive courses, public speaking courses etc.
At ICA there are plenty of opportunities for you to develop your leadership skills and to advance to a management or leadership role.
Leadership at ICA is based on humanitarian values and we want our managers to take responsibility for and to promote commitment and growth. We also want them to create the necessary conditions for employees to perform well while allowing them to find a good balance between their work and their personal life.
At ICA there are around 500 different occupations divided into around 20 job families. This means that you can change jobs and try working in entirely new areas while remaining with the same employer – ICA.
ICA Gruppen has operations in Sweden, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania and Asia. We are also present in Finland through our Hemtex stores. This means that we need talented and dedicated employees in all of these countries and regions. Opportunities are available to move abroad or switch company or store.
